How to turn on Audio

SETUP

• Turn on 3 power strips

  • • 2 strips near the visual Mac Pro (if not already on)

      • • Click Power button on mixer

    • 1 strip by the stage back door (if not already on)

• Turn on stage box in back room on stage (power on top right rear side)

• Turn on Mic rack (power on top right)

• Once mixer is fully loaded turn on all speakers

  • • • • Power strip for left speakers

        • Stage monitors each have a switch in rear

        • Both speakers on the right have power switch in rear

• Begin sound check

Service Operation

SERVICE - 10:45am

• Click mix 9 and mute everything besides computer and bring fade to unity

• Click mix 9 again to come out of mix

• Communicate with Video and Visual for countdown start

• Make sure Computer is un-muted and fader is at unity

• Once countdown begins go to mix 9

• Bring master mix fader to unity slowly (farthest fader)

• Click mix 9 again to come out of mix

• Once countdown ends mute computer

• Unmute mics as needed

Pre- Service

• Communicate with Video for live-stream end

• Click Mix 9

• Begin to fade out master mix fader once thank you slide is placed for livestream

• click mix 9 again to come out of mix
